this patent reform bill fights against abuse of and gaming of the current system, which is a great playground for some lawyers to make huge fees at the expense of the American consumers and taxpayers, and we are correcting that with this legislation today, quite to the contrary of those who would allege that the new laws will help lawyers, quite to the contrary.
