I, too, would like to join the gentleman from Texas in thanking the gentlewoman from New York for her good work on this for a long time now, and to thank the ranking member of the Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations Subcommittee, Ms. Jackson Lee, for this bipartisan legislation. Mr. Speaker, I yield 4 minutes to the gentlewoman from Missouri (Mrs. Wagner), another champion in the fight against sex trafficking, particularly on the Internet.
