We need to work even harder and do more on the government reform side of things.

Personnel is the number one issue. We have such a broad swatch of responsibility.

Our mission is to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability of the Federal Government and all of its agencies.

Genuinely good government oversight requires a committee commitment to expose mismanagement, waste, fraud, and abuse.

We have to be able to figure this out. These people have to be held accountable.

Inspectors General serve the American taxpayers as the first line of defense against waste, fraud and abuse by government agencies.

If the Inspectors General can't do their job, we can't do our job, and this is why it is imperative.

The law is crystal clear.

The first 2 years of the Obama administration the Democrats had the House, the Senate, and the Presidency, and they did nothing on immigration.

So you say he didn't change the law, but the President says he changed the law.

I am getting tired of the Democrats with this righteous indignation saying that we can't find a Congress we can work with.
