We need to look at tax policy, and we need to look at those things that are actually going to grow this economy. We have a $3.1 trillion budget in this country. We have offered stimulus packages. We have offered bailouts. Maybe the way to grow our economy is not to try to spend every dollar that comes before this body. It is the American people's money. It is not our money.”
