You are laughing at the American taxpayer. I don't know who that guy works for. I am telling you, don't just sit there and laugh at us.

You are making a fundamental and total mistake. You are misusing American taxpayer dollars.

Simply put, when the CIOs fail to bring high management and ethical standards to their work, institutions suffer.

We make clear that not only do we need ethical conduct, but we can't even have the appearance of any impropriety.

Every single score is going down. Every single one of those is negative.

That makes absolutely no sense.

And, Mr. King, you are enabling this. You are the decision-maker. You have been given this mantle of trust from the President of the United States and you are failing. And it has got to quit.
