EPA may not be in the business of creating jobs, but with more than nine percent unemployment, it certainly should not be in the business of destroying them either.

To hope to adequately cover everything from basic science to regulatory policy in one 2-hour hearing strikes me as too ambitious if not a little negligent.

Science is not perfect. It is a process of trial and error.
