Kay Bailey Hutchison is a former U.S. Senator from Texas, serving from 1993 to 2013. A member of the Republican Party, she was the first woman to represent Texas in the Senate. I think that's a very important new concept, and we need to have the nice places for them to be.
It just seems that if you're going to have by April of next year, at the very latest, an idea where you're going to move them, it surely would help if we could not wait for the whole BRAC process.
