John Ratcliffe is a Republican politician from Texas who served as the Director of National Intelligence from May 2020 to January 2021. He was previously a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Texas's 4th congressional district from 2015 to 2020. During his time in Congress, Ratcliffe was known for his strong support of President Donald Trump and his focus on national security and intelligence issues.
