We are going to have base load supply problems in Texas in the next 4 or 5 years.

And finally, you have got to have a retail framework that the customers consider fair.

Second, you have to have a transmission system that has adequate capacity to deliver that supply.

First and most important is we have to have an absolutely guaranteed adequate base load supply.
