Mr. Speaker, due to unforeseen weather causing flight cancellations, I was unable to be present today. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall No. 94. ____________________

I think they can implement a policy like this, where you can treat the migrants with respect and dignity, and give them their day in Court at one of these joint processing centers and at the same time, enforce the law.
the decision by the Supreme Court only buys the administration time to come up with the right policy. They're not there -- the Supreme Court has not the job to legislate. That's really up to Congress and to the administration.
Look, immigration reform, I support immigration reform. Look, our Republican friends are not going to come to the table on that, because they want to have the border secure. I understand that.
I will say this, President Obama did not have Title 42 and he was able to manage the border without Title 42. So there's a way of doing this.
So we can put moneys in there, but you've got to have the right policies and those three things that I just gave you, the administration can do that.
But the Administration needs to make those decisions. That is, if they have to return some people, and say, 'Go back and follow the right way to do this, and then go through a port of entry,' then go ahead and do that.
Well I do agree with the Stay in Mexico, the protocol. But I think we need to do more, to protect those individuals, who stay there.
I agree. I mean, Congress should pass the DREAM Act, a worker's comp - I mean, a worker's plan. We should have all that full immigration reform.

I just want to see where we are in the remediations and any sites that we have in San Antonio.
