I want to know more about the proposed increases to NASA's commercial crew program.

I hope that my friends across the aisle will agree with me that NASA and its programs are worth a little effort on Congress's part to identify the needed funds.

I have to confess I am a bit weary of the annual cycle of the Administration proposing reductions in the funding for the Space Launch System and Orion exploration vehicles.

I am heartened that the President has been willing to commit more than $18.3 billion to NASA for FY 2015--a 4 % increase over the FY 2014 appropriation.

I am troubled by the cuts being proposed to NASA's education activities.

I am a bit puzzled by the cuts proposed for NASA's science programs.

Many of us have concern about some of the numbers in the President's R&D budget request.

The President remains committed to prioritizing investments in science and innovation.

If we continue to flat fund or cut our investments in science and innovation under the guise of fiscal restraint, our nation will suffer the consequences for many decades to come.

Let the Administration continue to move us forward, so that the U.S. can be a leader and we as Americans can do what we always do--rise to the challenge and move with great purpose to solve this crisis.

I am happy to join my colleagues Ms. Bonamici and Mr. Swalwell in expressing my approval of the steps being taken by the Administration and by EPA.

I, like many of my colleagues, wish that Congress would enact legislation to address climate change. Unfortunately, the current political realities will not allow us to act.

Unfortunately, we have seen a string of cyber-attacks recently.

We need to hear from NASA if we are to properly assess its human exploration program and the funding that will be proposed for it.

The long-term goal of humans to Mars, if properly pursued and supported, will inspire, will spur innovation, will promote international cooperation, and will advance science.

It's time for NASA to tell us how they intend to achieve that goal.

What legitimate researchers cannot already access this data?

If the majority is serious about moving forward with this ill-advised legislation, then we need to hear from a credible set of witnesses.

I find it deeply disturbing that the experts the majority seems to rely upon for advice in this arena of public health all have extensive ties to the tobacco industry.

Dr. Cox has served as a litigation consultant for the Philip Morris and R.J. Reynolds tobacco companies.

None of the science that have been in question during this two-year affair is secret.

Dr. Keating's organization has solicited and received funding from tobacco companies.

The 'Secret Science Reform Act of 2014' is built on a false premise.
