I, along with Senator Klobuchar, are proposing to make in this bill, to make it a more effective working lands-oriented program in our farm policy.

Well, that was a provision that we had included, that I worked to get included in the 2018 Farm Bill.

It has enabled producers to have a great deal of flexibility in that Prairie Pothole region for land that is marginal and should not be in production.
