Should we trust the government to be the ultimate arbiter of what is disinformation and what may cause social harm in AI systems?

I urge Congress to consider that we already have many proposals that have some bipartisan support.

The risk that we relinquish our current lead in AI to China, and that could have catastrophic implications for our military preparedness.

This use of the DPA appears to be executive overreach and, quite frankly, illegal.

The new executive powers this EO asserts have no logical sunset.

Unnecessary new laws could stifle AI innovation, slowing the arrival of life-enhancing and lifesaving breakthroughs.

That is why Congress is moving cautiously in this space.

But why the stampede? We are only just starting to grasp how AI can help and also harm humanity.

Last October 30, the White House released a monumentally lengthy executive order on artificial intelligence.

During one of these phone calls, did Hunter Biden tell Joe Biden that he and Henry Zhao needed help 'getting across the finish line?'

Did you ever meet with Devon Archer where Hunter took calls from his father?

Did Henry Zhao, a Chinese businessman, want assurances that Joe Biden would join the board?

As part of the deal, did Hunter Biden want the company to reserve a board seat for Joe Biden?

Is Hunter Biden involved with Harvest?

Was Harvest a $300 billion Chinese financial services company closely tied to the Chinese Communist Party?

Did Hunter Biden ever take a call from Joe Biden while at the Peninsula Bar in New York?

Did Baturina agree to put $20 million into one of Hunter Biden's business projects days later after this phone call?

In that call, did Hunter Biden state on this call with Joe Biden that 'everything is good and we are moving forward'?
