It's been very difficult for the attorneys general to get any verification of the claims that are made.

Unless the United States leads and takes a more aggressive leadership role, particularly in the Balkans, that NATO will not succeed long term.

America has got to be more forceful to work out a lot of these things that we're talking about today.

The fighting has ended and the democracies that now fill the region are seeking to strengthen ties.
