The CDC eviction moratorium was placed by the previous Administration, not this one.

Safe and secure housing is essential to building prosperous communities.

The aggressive actions of these large corporate landlords are unacceptable. They must stop immediately.

As my great friend and our former colleague, Elijah Cummings, would say, this country is better than that.

You all can hang on to your filibuster for other things, but not for voting rights.

It would be a shame for us to go through all of these massive nations and not pass the John R. Lewis Voter Registration and Education Act.

If you could make exceptions for nominees and reconciliation, you can make exceptions for legislation to protect fundamental constitutional rights.
