We do not discourage people who have a just claim from filing a lawsuit, and we even give them the opportunity up to 10 days before the case would come to trial to make a reasonable offer of settlement, so that if they have a claim, they believe in their claim, they make a reasonable offer of settlement, and if it is not far above what is eventually ordered by the court, there will be no attorney's fees whatsoever.
