The United States is a Nation of laws and as such we must be mindful of the reason for the creation of the TSA following the horrific attacks of September 11, 2001.

Repeatedly making these same mistakes is frustrating to everyone involved and also damaging to the very people we intend to help.
At what point will the VA fix the systematic problems on how it buys, implements, and manages IT?
