The housing issue is really at a crisis. We have got the manufactured housing on the ground all ready to go and can't move and people don't have housing.
We are at a point where the Federal Government has to be the one that either frames or infuses capital into the market.
The house is on fire and this bill is a hose that is probably long overdue, but we have got to get the water where it needs to be.
The Federal Government is the last resort, the last big spender, and of course a lot of people run out of the room when they hear that.
