Let me be clear: our intent is not to disparage the vast majority of federal law enforcement personnel, who do their jobs professionally and honorably.

I do accept the concept of prosecutorial discretion.

But we also have an order of the three branches of government and the responsibilities of the President.

I think that is very important.

I think that we have gotten a thorough review of your service, your commitment to this country.

EB-5, done right, can infuse economic opportunity and jobs to struggling communities across America.

I will not ask you to do yourself in. I will indicate that that is my understanding of the beginning parts of the report.

I am a strong supporter of EB-5 for the poor and minority communities across America.
