Well, it just seems to me that if we are going to ask our power sector to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, which I support, but at the same time we are nearly eliminating the research funding for the technologies that do this, I just think it is not fair or there is a lack of coordination going on between EPA and the Department of Energy.
