I remind my fellow Pennsylvanian, as well as all the Members of this House, that according to Moody's Analytics, the legislation that is in front of us ``would meaningfully increase the likelihood of recession.'' And lead to 800,000 job losses by the end of 2024. Mr. Speaker, I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Scott), the ranking member of the Education and the Workforce Committee.
