We have not yet finished the international tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.

I strongly support the statements that you've made in regards to ending that genocide, but there are also war crimes that have been committed.

If it becomes a tool to beat up on one of our allies, or if it becomes an objective to undermine U.S. policy, I think we have to be prepared to take necessary steps in regards to the United States' participation in the United Nations.
