Not on my watch, and I'll bet you not on my successor's watch either, is anybody going to transfer these people.
I personally would prefer... that we find another place to do it in the United States.
The budget deal was a good deal. It gave us stability.
We do need Homeland Security, we need the Intelligence, we need the State Department.
