I agree with everything I said then, including the need to do what we've done this past year.

I personally would prefer... that we find another place to do it in the United States.

It sends a signal to the world--to friends and potential foes alike--of our Nation's strength and resolve.

Chinese behavior is self-isolating and driving many countries to want to do more with us and are doing more with us.
