I am not asking for a result. I am just asking that the Trade Representative look deeply into this issue to see whether or not the 10 percent acquisition by the Japanese firm of the American firm is violative of the agreement that is in existence. I have asked her for what they have termed as an on-ground investigation into the matter. But in defense of the Trade Representative, she has been most responsive in the last 2 weeks.
