reclaiming my time, we must decide on whether or not that is going to definitely be the site. Once that determination is made, there will be ample time to provide ample resources to the review board to make certain that the public is fully aware of how the transportation needs are going to be met. So I think the gentlewoman is on the right track; I think she is just a little early, because in a sense, it is an admission that it is going to happen.
