the gentleman mentioned the word ``hypocrisy,'' and the gentleman knows how opposed I am to any form of hypocrisy. If indeed it is as the gentleman says that this could imperil the drinking water of the gentleman's constituents, we will have no part of that. We will be happy to accept the gentleman's amendment.
