James Paul Lankford is an American politician serving as the junior United States senator from Oklahoma since January 2015. A member of the Republican Party, Lankford has focused on issues such as healthcare, government spending, and religious freedom during his time in office. He previously served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 2011 to 2015, representing Oklahoma's 5th congressional district.
I think to Senator Carper's point, it is like turning an aircraft carrier or, as I prefer, herding cats.
Is there an opportunity to be able to have the data out there and to have individuals who may be interested in a Federal property be able to bid on it...
Task No. 1 is that we have data, and the second one is that we can actually analyze it.
I would encourage you to evaluate the effectiveness of this equipment, not based on how it functioned in the laboratory in a sterile environment.

the morale seems to continue to come in time and time again bad. That does not help us as the traveling public.

But if we have folks that are just randomly coming to the airport and they say, 'You do not look like a terrorist, so I am going to put you over there,' that is not really PreCheck at that point.
It is difficult to call the line a PreCheck line when there is really a no-check portion of it.
Millions of Americans fly every day, and they are very dependent on what is happening with TSA and the security.
So as a Senator, I do have the responsibility to ensure that those veterans are receiving adequate care and that we are living up to the promises that we have made to these veterans as a Nation.
Mr. Horowitz, for the Inspectors General, when they are going to do a long-term look of a real investigation, whether they have a tip, whether they have inside information, whatever it may be, who chooses what investigations they take on…
Unfortunately, Congress has significantly reduced IRS funding in recent years.
In fact, all agencies need to step up their efforts and improve their cybersecurity posture.
