I think it is going to be vitally important for us to, as Ms. Kaptur talks so eloquently about so often, getting these investments into the communities.

I think one of the things we have to do, Representative, is to lift up the Organic Program within USDA.

Brookings had a study a couple of years back where businesses that come out of incubators, they locate within 5 miles of the incubator.

I have been supporting, over the last however many years, with the help of Ms. Kaptur, the Office of Technology Transitions at DOE.

One of the questions I had--I read with great interest about what happened in March with the United States Coast Guard Cutter Stone, which was deployed to the South Atlantic to help curb illegal Chinese fishing.

The OCO experiment has been an abject failure. It has given the Department budgetary relief valve that has allowed it to avoid making difficult decisions.

The ability for the Defense Department to spend money, to procure things, is an awesome amount of buying power.

We still have questions as to the response time. We still have some questions around what was going on with the department of defense.
