I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to pay the salary of any employee of the Department of Veterans Affairs who is a member of an Amputee Clinic Team (as described in VHA Handbook 1173.3, ``Amputee Clinic Teams and Artificial Limbs'', dated June 4, 2004) and who is not credentialed in accordance with VHA Directive 2012-030, ``Credentialing of Health Care Professionals'', issued on October 11, 2012. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 223, the gentleman from Ohio and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Ohio. {time} 1930
