I am going to sound like a broken record here, but Republicans have supported, unanimously, a bill that was bipartisan, the Waters-McHenry deal that would have reauthorized the Bank. Unfortunately, we are not here debating that. We have a much more partisan version in front of us. I agree with the gentlewoman from New York, and I thank her for her work on a diverse workforce at the Export-Import Bank. Our community colleges do an incredible job. Having several community colleges in my district, I want to recognize them. I encourage my colleagues to support this amendment, and I reserve the balance of my time.
