The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Stivers) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 4189, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed. The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 4000 Leap Road in Hilliard, Ohio, as the `Master Sergeant Shawn T. Hannon, Master Sergeant Jeffrey J. Rieck and Veterans Memorial Post Office Building'.''. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
