I want to reiterate that one important way to achieve this goal is to remove all medical debt from credit report.
People are busy enough with their kids and their jobs and their lives--they shouldn't have to spend that kind of time, because some company they've never heard of screwed up.
The three witnesses today determine the financial futures of every American.
It is vital that these reports contain only information that's useful and fair and, above all, accurate.
Thanks for holding this hearing first. Before turning to the witnesses I just want to make a statement about something that I think the VA has made a right decision.
A shortage of affordable housing isn't just a housing problem. It's an education problem. It's a health care problem. It's an economic growth problem.
