“Madam President, I appreciate very much Senator Sessions' comments, and even more I appreciate his work on this legislation. He was one of a couple of real key players in this legislation passing because he did such a good job of explaining to colleagues why this is a plus for American manufacturing and a plus for job growth in our country.
