Mr. President, I thank Senator Levin. There is no better team in any State in the country than Senator Levin and Senator Stabenow. With all the troubles they have had in that State with manufacturing, as has my State, they are always on the right side of these issues and advocating for local companies, especially small companies that feed into the auto supply chain, and for the workers of those companies. So I am appreciative of his leadership for so many years. Mr. President, I suggest the absence of a quorum. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will call the roll. The assistant legislative clerk proceeded to call the roll.

I ask unanimous consent that the order for the quorum call be rescinded. The PRESIDING OFFICER (Mr. Hickenlooper). Without objection, it is so ordered. The Senator from Ohio.
