The legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 240) condemning the horrific attacks on government buildings in Oslo, Norway, and a youth camp on Utoya Island, Norway, on July 22, 2011, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
