“I thank the Senator from Ohio for his kind words. I appreciate his support, his public support--he did not speak specifically on the Casey-Brown-Baucus amendment, I do not believe; I had to step out for a moment, but I know he has said positive words about restarting, if you will, trade adjustment assistance, and with some expansion, not quite as good as it was 2 years ago, but still a very important program.
