Mr. Speaker, I ask House support of H.R. 4365. This legislation has been a good faith effort with the gentleman from Florida (Mr. Bilirakis), my office, and this committee working together. It will mean an absolute difference in children's lives; children who have often been ignored by the system in juvenile arthritis or juvenile diabetes and tests conducted not always for children and the unique diseases they have. Mr. Speaker, I ask House support of this legislation.
