ISIS continues to grow. It continues to grow in a lot of respects.

I think it is hard for us to sit here this morning and say that ISIS is, in fact, being contained.

I think there is not a sense of urgency here.

I am looking at a bulletin right now that is on the FBI website. It is tips for dealing with ransomware threat, and yet it is dramatically increasing, as I understand it and as this report says, and I think you confirm that.

My biggest concern right now, frankly, is what is going on with our companies taking their jobs and investment overseas.

If we do not, I think we will see our corporate community and our businesses and jobs continue to go overseas.

We have a tax code that is not competitive, and we need to do a number of things to change it, and quickly; otherwise, we will continue to lose jobs and investment.

We do not want to create disincentives for people to save for their retirement at a time when we need more and more people to be saving.

If we have that, we will be okay. But that means that, on the front lines, we have to continue to not just enforce current law, but enforce this new law, what we gave you in the new tools.

We need to see some of those actions. We need to see, as you say, that message being sent by actual successes.

Yes, again, we are facing a real crisis in Ohio right now on steel.
