Thank you so much. I thank you for yielding, and I thank the gentlelady for all of her work on the Affordable Care Act. People seem to believe that this was something done in haste. They don't understand that for almost a year or more, people like you, people like members of the CBC worked very, very hard to make sure that we could come up with legislation that would be not only a good piece of legislation for the people of this country, but that would be something that would befit this Congress. {time} 1940 So I thank you for your work. You know that you have been our leader, especially with the CBC, but as well as in this House. You have been our leader on this, and I thank you for that.
