Thank you so much. I just want to say both my friend, Congresswoman Moore and my friend, Congressman Holt, have basically put into context the fact that any time you have to jump over a hurdle or pay to get something to vote, it is a poll tax. I now want to yield to someone from my home who has been an advocate for voting rights and someone who knows the issues very well because we are facing them in Ohio, the gentlelady from Ohio, my friend, Congresswoman Betty Sutton.
