There`s no sign of leadership. He has been as responsible for not passing the Voting Rights Act, not wanting to certify the election that we all know that President Joe Biden won that election.

I think now, after the last presidential administration, people follow their leadership.

I`m a member of Congress like you and I`m a woman. You will not disrespect me. You picked the wrong woman for that.

This is the kind of disrespect we have been fighting for years and indicative of the larger issue we have with GOP members flaunting health and safety mandates designed to keep us and our staff safe.

They have a lot of issues in the party. They`re very divided.

I worked with Congressman Steve Stivers, and we did a bipartisan effort to make sure that Congress appropriated $20 million for family unification vouchers.

I am just so proud that I could be a part of that because it funded approximately 70,000 emergency housing vouchers for persons at risk of homelessness or survivors of domestic violence or human trafficking.

We won`t stop fighting for it. We won`t give up.
