For those of limited financial resources or who live in remote areas, libraries provide access available nowhere else to books and reference materials, computer services and other community-based services. Museums across the country work with our local schools to provide K through 12 educational programming. They are an important source of cultural and historical knowledge, helping to promote learning about the history and traditions of our country and other nations around the world.
