These allegations are not allegations of criminal misconduct or anything like that, they are allegations that he doesn't get along with his Commissioners.

There are issues of fatigue here that we can't gloss over. That's my point.

Is it also true that Nagle Toledo has been involved in two Department of Transportation reported truck crashes over the past year and five in the past 2 years; is that correct?

And the Motor Carrier Safety Management System also shows that Nagle Toledo has received 13 fatigued driving violations within the past year, 32 over the past 2 years.

If we're going to have a hearing on the costs, and I think it's a legitimate question, what are the costs, but you've got to weigh it in terms of what are the costs to society on the other side.

One of the--you know, you can't just talk about the cost of regulation which--without looking at the compensating factors if you don't have the extra costs from these crashes.
