I will tell you, while I--I salute this chair for taking this on, because at the bottom of this you have special interest groups who would resist any deeper research on it because it's going to affect their bottom line.

I am disappointed to say, however, that although the chairman claims we are pursuing this investigation on a 'bipartisan basis,' that has simply not been the case.
