I have a bill, H.R. 2990, that puts the Fed under Treasury and that let's the government spend money into circulation and create millions of jobs. Put America back to work. Prime the pump of the economy, a full employment economy. It goes way past Humphrey-Hawkins. Get America back to work. America needs to get back to work.…”
