First, it solves the portability problem; second, it eliminates preexisting conditions; and third, it allows for universal access for all citizens. Mr. Speaker, by focusing on the controversial, the media has neglected the real star of the health care debate. That star is the Michel plan. We cannot afford to ignore it.”
