Our most needy seniors, the seniors who need it most will be getting help with their prescription drugs, the best tool medicine has to offer, by next spring if we pass this bill. But if we delay, if we continue to defeat our efforts, the Republican efforts to bring prescription drugs to the American people, we will never provide them help. We have to start and we have to pass this bill today.
