There is no greater threat to the environment than poverty.

There is a suggestion today that it is a lack of will, or somehow a lack of ambition that prevents climate action. My view is it is a lack of realism in many respects.

How are we supposed to treat a country that has gone out there and stolen, through cyber attacks, intellectual property, innovation of Americans?

It is not okay for us to be out there in this global stage talking about all of these commitments that disproportionately penalize the United States economy.

I want to see our President treat Americans the same way that he is generously treating citizens of other countries.

If the United States wants to claim to be a global climate leader, nuclear energy has to be a major priority.

I am personally more concerned about the biodiversity challenges associated with wind and solar than I am the waste issues associated with nuclear.

The opposition to nuclear strikes me as somewhat misguided.

We can't be spending $3.5 trillion when the economy is already overheating. It is horribly irresponsible.

I think, as I mentioned in my opening statement, it is encouraging that we are seeing some AI algorithms produce better results, significantly better results in some instances, from a bias standpoint.

If there are problems with AI and algorithms, we should not abandon our push to innovate and move forward.

We must acknowledge and recognize these technologies at times are not perfect due to the inherent nature of a technology created by humans.

It is vital that Congress continues to consider how we can best promote innovative advancement in the private sector while also ensuring that AI is both transparent and ethical.
