We are going to double down on testing to get as many people are tested as possible. The safest place for our children we know is in a school building.

If we close down our city, it is as dangerous as COVID.

We're going to examine the numbers. If we feel we have to get to the place of making that mandatory, we're going to do that.

Yes, I believe we can. This is an amazing city with professionals. Remember, I was one of those police officers and I know during the times of crises and tragedies, we respond.

So yes, I'm responsible for what happens to the people of this city as the Mayor of the City of New York and I'm going to lead us in the right direction.
